As part of the DigiPlus expansion plan, having explored several office spaces in and around the Kattur area of Trichy, next headed to ELCOT IT Park (commonly misunderstood as a TIDEL park by the masses). Having secured an appointment with the person incharge at ELCOT, drove to visit and collect details of the ELCOT Phase 2 that was recently constructed and inaugurated just before the great Indian Election. Visited along with the DigiPlus core team, the team leads and our HR. ELCOT IT Park is located near Anna nagar, Trichy which is approx 15 minutes from Trichy International Airport and around 20 minutes from the DigiPlus office at Kattur, Trichy.
The office space at the ELCOT Phase 2 is provided as a warm floor, meaning flooring with tiles or carpet is left to the occupants. It is provided as a bare cement structure upon which we can construct the interiors of the office space according the needs of the company.

Cost Per Square feet of office space: Rs.40 (Rs.30 rent + Rs.10 maintenance)
Minimum office space available: 3000 square feet (In reality, it is 1800 square feet and the balance is adjusted in the common area provided)
